Silver Society Prize 2026

The Society is pleased to announce the launch of its Annual Prize for 2026! Entries should be submitted to prize@thesilversociety.org by Sunday 23 August. The Prize of £2,000 will be awarded to a silversmith working in the UK who is within the first five years of their career as a practising silversmith.  A shortlist of applicants will be required to submit their entries for inspection and handling by the judging panel between the closing date for submissions, 23 Aug, and 18 Sept, by arrangement.  The winner will be announced and prize presented at the Society's 28 Oct 26 meeting at The Society of Antiquaries.  The winning piece and its maker's profile will be published in the 2026 edition of the Silver Society Journal.  The winner and runner-up will be offered free Silver Society membership for 3 years.
